Marina Town Residence
Also known as phase one of Tala Bay. It consists of fifteen buildings hosting 147 residential units around the marina, many of which have direct access to the beach. The entire project was sold out in the planning phase and delivered to their new owners in 2005.

 

 

Lake Residence
This second phase of Tala Bay consists of 152 apartments, townhouses and duplexes in 14 buildings surrounding three very large swimming pools and restaurant. As of December 2007, the new owners of the residential units in the first ten buildings have been taking ownership of their new homes and moving in. Four additional buildings were ordered by the company to be built due to the popularity of the Lake Residences. They are currently being finalized and will be ready for delivery by May 2008. Several buildings of the Lake Residence also have direct sea access.

 

 

Garden Residence
Phase three will be available for delivery also in May 2008. It consists of 92 apartments in 10 buildings located on the Western side of the Marina with immaculate views of the sea, the marina and the entire project.




Garden Residence (Villas)
The Garden Residence is also composed of twelve villas of different sizes and configurations: one floor, two floors, three to four bedrooms, several bathrooms, and more. Each villa has its own private swimming pool and is built on land starting at around 1000 square meters.


The Beach Club Residence (The Jewel of Tala Bay)
Phase four of the project, consisting of two buildings and hosting 45 homes. There will be three and a half bedrooms, two and a half, and one bedroom apartments. Apartment sizes vary from 90m2 to 193m2. Two or more apartments can be joined together and redesigned to produce large and spacious homes. Fifteen apartments on the second floor enjoy private access to the roofs, while the fifteen apartments on the ground floor enjoy private gardens. All apartments enjoy sea view, terraces, underground parking and storage, and state of the art amenities. Residents enjoy direct access to the beach by a private walkway through the Beach Club. Construction is expected to last 14 months as of November 1st, 2008

 



Golf Villas
The 18-hole golf course project will begin in the first quarter of 2008. It will consist of approximately 200 villas and apartments around the golf course.
